Otherwise you will have to choose another dress or gift card, which you can redeem with us at any time (valid for 1 year). When exchanging, please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The dress must be returned in perfect condition. It must not be torn or have an unpleasant smell. If the dress is not returned in its original condition, the buyer bears the cost. This cost depends on the garment.
